The diagram is the job

Seams where a pro would put them.

Pattern match rounds every cut to the repeat. Pile runs one way, always. Seams land where they belong, and fill pieces come out of your offcuts before they come out of a new roll. The plan on screen is the plan on the floor.

Diagram, cut sheet and order. Always in agreement.

The cut sheet lists every cut in the order it comes off the roll, numbered, so your installer works down the list instead of doing geometry in a hallway. The order line rounds up, never down. What you draw is what you order is what gets cut.

Why not the big suites

You do not need a training class to measure a floor.

The estimating suites are built for estimating departments. If you are the estimator, the installer and the owner, you need the part that does the work, priced like a tool, not like a system.

The suites

  • $49 to $179 per user, per month
  • Paid onboarding, training classes
  • Serious version runs on Windows only
  • Updates that rearrange your workflow
  • CRM, stock, modules you never open

Floorsizer

  • $19 founding / $29 regular, flat

Questions, answered.

When does it launch?

Private beta this fall. Invites go out in waitlist order, and the first 100 accounts lock in the $19 founding price for good. After that, it is $29.

What exactly do I get out of it?

Three documents from one drawing: a seam diagram that follows trade rules, a cut sheet listed roll by roll in cutting order, and a customer quote with your logo and your prices, exported as PDF.

Does it do pattern match?

Yes. Set match and drop match, with every cut rounded to the repeat and seams landing on pattern. Waste is calculated from the real layout, not from a percentage guess.

What about stairs?

Stairs get counted properly: rises, treads and nosing, waterfall or cap and band, and they land in the same order and the same quote as the rest of the job.

Do I need to install anything, or take a course?

No. It runs in the browser on whatever you already carry into the house. If you can sketch a room on paper, you can use Floorsizer. There is nothing to configure before your first takeoff.

Who is building this?

The team behind Wallsizer, the takeoff tool for wallpaper professionals. Same obsession: what you draw is what you order is what gets installed.
